IT Business Systems Lead

Responsibilities:

Liaise with development and business teams for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems. Work directly with business users to define requirements related to the project, write design specifications, build development objects, test and move these objects into Production environment. Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements. Act as an advanced level of support for the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of system incidents. Coordinate with business process owners for continual service improvement. Design solutions within Oracle Applications and in accord with IT architecture and Oracle's data model best practices. Use eBusiness suite 11I and R12, OBIEE, Toad and PL/SQL, Exalogic and Exadata. Perform unit, system integration, smoke and regression testing. Coordinate user acceptance testing. Make system configuration changes. Migrate changes from development, quality assurance, and productions environments. Document requirements, solution design, testing evidence, change management artifacts, and systems configurations. Provide subject matter expertise and recommend system alternatives and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, MIS, or related
Eight (8) years of experience in consulting/project management, business analytics, or related.

Must have experience with each of the following:
(1) Skilled in Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i and R12, including , Order Management, Configurator, Install Base and Procurement Modules;
(2) OBIEE - Financial and Projects Analytics;
(3) Toad and PL/SQL;
(4) Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) / Product & Customer HUB; and
(5) Experience on Oracle engineered systems - Exalogic and Exadata.
