Responsibilities
  • Qualifies interface projects with customers, company resources, and third party system vendors
  • Understands and follows qualification process
  • Displays good listening, written, and verbal communications skills in interactions with internal and external customers
  • Works well in team structure
  • Distributes documentation on and explains the qualification process to customers and vendors
  • Monitors customer satisfaction during qualification phase
  • Works own assigned Interface Qualification backlog
  • Strives to help Team and Department meet financial and work-load goals and targets
  • Has knowledge of the Allscripts Professional core products
  • Acts as liaison to other Allscripts Professional departments concerning client issues and status
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications
Academic and professional qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree (Business, Inventory Management, or related field) or combination of relevant experience and training
Experience:
  • 0 - 2 years in related responsibilities depending on education level
Travel requirements:
  • Minimal, US based
Working arrangements:
  • May be required to work overtime or split shift during peak demand periods. Shipping generally starts later in the morning and ends later in the afternoon than regular business hours
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
