Job Summary

  • Develop, implement and/or revise operating procedures to streamline the revenue cycle for external clients.
  • Coordinate the contracts, invoicing of clients and recording of company revenue.
  • Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, business segments and accounting ensuring that the contracts are followed and invoices are in line with the contract language.
  • Help employees understand and comply with internal and external standards and practices for Accounts Receivable.
  • Identify risks, evaluate controls and prepare findings and recommendations.
  • Implement compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical or improper business practices.
  • Perform collection calls and/or correspondence.
  • Develop tools and systems to manage the forecasting, planning, positioning, trending, measuring, controlling financial risk, contracting and administration of the external revenue.
  • Participate on or lead larger, more complex departmental and/or divisional projects.
  • Plan, organize, monitor and control projects to ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to project management standards and reporting requirements.

Job Specifications (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 6+ years directly related work experience
