POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager leads social media strategy and implementation. This position establishes the social media strategy including SEO, web content, digital content, lead acquisition and email marketing. The person works as part of an integrated marketing team to create demand for products, launch campaigns, develop consumer/supplier facing marketing insights/programs and digital advertising across audiences. The position also oversees product photography and video production.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Together with the Vice President of Marketing, design and implement the social media strategy including managing a global content team, organizing global and regional social media execution and providing metrics on all social media channel performance.
  • Authors digital media strategies for social media and display ads based on the latest algorithms.
  • Monitors & researches trends, best practices and new opportunities in digital marketing.
  • Maintains CRM and list building strategies for email marketing through lead list imports, database cleaning, field updates, trade show contacts etc. for mailings related to the sales organization and marketing initiatives.
  • Creates strategies for email marketing including tradeshow support, product launch, lead generation and newsletter engagement.
  • Collaborates with the design team to develop creative assets for use digitally.
  • Engages in social media interactions by monitoring, listening and responding to represent the brand with authenticity.
  • Align the U.S. social media content strategy to promotions and product launches by working cross functionally across the U.S. organization.
  • Develops strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, including SEO, paid search, and PPC.
  • Responsible for all phases of interactive project planning, design and implementations serving as the expert and primary point of contact for digital platforms.
  • Establish performance metrics and report on them monthly.
  • Monitor changes in social media so that Sunrise Medical is leveraging trends
  • Supervises the Internet Marketing Associate by providing oversight to web related activities including but not limited to: uploading content to the website, managing SEO, Kentico interfaces (non-IT related areas), apps, customer service web related support, social media execution, etc.
  • Anticipate changes in consumer preferences and adjust strategy quickly.
  • Lead LiveQuickie.com initiative including content.
  • Working with the Vice President of Marketing - develop a schedule for video production. Provide script writing/editing. Secure outside resources as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT required.
  • Understands and utilizes social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in using Hootsuite, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Face Book Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ad Words. Prefer knowledge of Kentico.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics associated with each channel on performance (i.e. reach, engagement, organic vs paid, most engaging posts, etc.)
  • Demonstrates creativity and immersion in Social media.
  • Demonstrated ability working with a consumer or healthcare brand with responsibilities for online and mobile community features.
  • Experience with web implementation, web content management.
  • Understands SEO and strategies to support performance.
  • Must have demonstrated, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceeds at building and maintaining cross functional relationships.
  • Must be able to translate customer insights and marketing objectives into usable, valued solutions.
  • Prefer candidate has managed an associate in prior positions.
