The Sr. Foreclosure Analyst is responsible for monitoring activities of the Foreclosure process and vendors relative to the accurate and timely handling of residential mortgage loans in Foreclosure in accordance with applicable state, insurer, and investor Foreclosure requirements. Effectively collaborate and communicate with support groups within default; to ensure optimal resolution and/or outcome.

What you'll do:
  • Utilizes all department reports to manage the Foreclosure pipeline and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze vendor's requests to re-project milestone events, then approve or deny the request.
  • Responsible for monitoring foreclosure vendor and ensuring adherence to established service level agreements and compliance with state, federal, and CMS specific requirements.
  • Evaluate the activities and performance of the Company's Foreclosure vendors and make recommendations on potential vendor changes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Foreclosure vendor meetings.
  • Completes vendor compliance quality review checks and summarizes the results of review for management and peers.
  • Ensures all vendor fees and costs and Foreclosure costs charged are within investor and insurer's allowable fees schedules.

What you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Banking and/or Mortgage industries
  • Four (4) years of Foreclosure experience
  • Notary Public or previous paralegal experience preferred
