Required Education    

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalency.

The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Equivalency for education is two years of related work experience equals one year of education.


Required Work Experience    

Programming experience in a relational database environment and working in a diverse network-computing environment.

An advanced degree in Computer Science or related area of study such as Information Systems Management.

Knowledge of WebFOCUS, Banner, Web hosted applications, Microsoft Office applications, HTML, JAVA, UNIX, TOAD, and Web browsers.

Represent the University and department at on and off-campus meetings and conferences as assigned.

Create, modify, and maintain reports using University reporting tools for assigned area (s).
  

Provide installation and maintenance support to University ERP and departmental applications for assigned support area (s) with end users and technical support staff.


Monitor application environments to ensure applications are running efficiently and appropriately.


Analyze business process improvements through automation within the University ERP and departmental application.


Work with end users, technical resources, and vendor support to troubleshoot end user processes and reports.
 

Achieve a working knowledge of the assigned ERP module (s) and related administrative applications including functional, technical, and customer processes.


Promote teamwork and information sharing within team, department and the University as a whole.
