General Description:

Supervision Received/Exercised:

The Statistical Administrator primarily receives direction from the HUD Program Manager and Director of Federal & State Programs. The Statistical Administrator may occasionally be asked to take other lead roles in providing other services critical to the performance of IBTS contractual obligations such as financial reporting, budgeting, research, or similar services relevant to Federal and State Program functions.

Responsibilities and Duties (Duties include but are not limited to):

  • Assist in providing information related to manufactured home certification labels to the approved third party agencies. This effort is to include including training, problem solving, and providing overall guidance.
  • Provide support for conducting financial audits for all purchases of manufactured home certification labels.
  • Assist in ordering and distributing manufactured home certification labels to the respective third party agency. This responsibility would also include making sure the third party agencies properly distribute the manufactured home certification labels to the manufacturers.
  • Aid in performing statistical analyses and generating reports of information related to the production and shipment of manufactured homes.
  • Assist in researching manufactured housing records for internal information and customers
  • Assist in making adjustments to the web-based electronic database that maintain the information related to the manufactured home certification labels.
  • Provide support for maintaining records and information related to the contractual agreements between the manufacturers and third party agencies.
  • Display an in-depth understanding of contractual requirements for project-related billing, including presentation of deliverables
  • Assist in providing internal bookkeeping services for the Federal and State Programs
  • Compile statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, and accounts payable and receivable.

Education Requirements:

  • Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Work Experience:

  • Three to five years financial experience background in a lead or individual role.
  • One to three years of experience in auditing financial records and/or quality control.
  • One to three years customer service experience.

Special Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in the use of computers and related software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Good writing skills with the ability to provide accurate reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, ethical, and consistent manner.
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and successfully complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
