As the application administrator, your role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive IT application support. This will involve&nbsp;a range of tasks, from installations and upgrades to configuring and administering cloud-based and server-side application software. You will be the go-to person for different functional areas of the college, ensuring the smooth running of our systems. Your responsibilities will also include performing quarterly course archival operations, testing and deploying custom code changes, and developing data feeds between external applications using data migration tools in Salesforce.&nbsp;In this position, you will be expected to customize and develop Salesforce user profiles and rule sets, provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies, and troubleshoot program issues.As the administrator, you are responsible for serving as an escalation contact for issues with vendor services and planning integration strategies between applications, including programming and testing.
