Seasonal Customer Service Rep

**3rd Shift works Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 7:00am.&nbsp; ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (DUTIES) OF THE JOB: <ul><li>Correctly wand onto the shop floor data system for labor</li><li>Read and follow appropriate product criteria, activity instruction’s, and elements</li><li>Follow all safety precautions as spelled out in the Activity Instruction</li><li>Use of appropriate equipment/tools (Press, Pill Heater, Belt Sander, Anneal Bake Oven, Ring Press, CNC Machines, Burr Gun, Ultra Max, Hand Tools)</li><li>Form and finish cores per Activity instruction and product criteria</li><li>Load anneal bake setters per product criteria, if required</li><li>Load and unload anneal bake oven, if required</li><li>Understanding of loading and operation of CNC machines</li><li>Responsible for visual and dimensional quality of green cores (gauge cores)</li><li>Visually inspect cores for unacceptable defects per the product criteria or activity instruction</li><li>Correctly wand lot travelers and scrap after each tray and take cores to kiln truck</li><li>Fill out OEE sheets</li><li>Maintain clean work area and perform TPM per schedule</li><li>Perform pre-shift die inspection and TPM checklist.</li><li>Observe safety policies and regulations</li><li>Maintain high attendance record</li><li>Basic understanding of the use of dial calipers, micrometers and pin gauges</li><li>Understand use of the HCS ‘Help Chain”</li><li>Maintain pacing via Aussie Pace System</li><li>Perform Problem Solving with Leadership</li><li>Perform other duties as directed by Leadership</li></ul> <ul><li>High School diploma or GED equivalency</li><li>Three (3) months’ on-the-job training to fulfill introductory period</li><li>Six (6) months’ experience to be eligible for certified operator status</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend written instructions</li><li>Mental and visual attention</li><li>Perform to productivity and quality standards</li><li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds consistently</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
