Along with the daily functions, the position will place purchase orders and be tasked to find cost savings and improve efficiencies for the company with the aim of supply security, quality, better pricing, accuracy, process improvement and value.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets and follow up on any issues related to those orders.</li><li>Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply challenges which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.
