Foundations Manager ○ Work closely and regularly with the Senior Grants &amp; Foundations Manager to effectively track spending, restrictions, and timelines related to grants on a grant portfolio of funders contributing up to $100,000 in annual gifts ○ Develop, maintain, and regularly update the grants module in TCRP’s database, currently through EveryAction, with all moves, including all related grant materials, grant tracking, and reporting information ○ Ensure that all submitted grant materials, supporting documents, and grant agreements are uploaded and organized in organizational files ○ Maintain current records in the database, including contact information● Relationship Engagement and Management ○ Build effective and trustworthy relationships with foundation trustees, funders, and staff for a grant portfolio of funders contributing up to $100,000 in annual gifts ○ Assure that all fundraising materials and any communication with funders maintain the highest standards of professionalism ○ Represent TCRP at meetings, conferences, and fundraising events, as appropriate, or assist in the coordination of TCRP attendance ○ Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members ○ Maintain knowledge of TCRP’s programs, including attending meetings as needed ○ Assure compliance with the standards established by the Association of Fundraising ProfessionalsQUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: ● 3+ years of professional experience in a nonprofit environment for a multi-million dollar revenue organization with a demonstrable understanding of grants processes (experience in grant writing preferred) ● Demonstrable persuasive writing abilities, such as the ability to write compelling, articulate, structured reports and proposals (experience in grant writing preferred) ● Rigorous attention to detail and timelines ● Successful experience earning the confidence of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ● Ability to understand the interests of funders and prospects to develop relationships between them and TCRP ● Ability to tailor messaging to reach intended audiences effectively, both written and oral ● Exercise confidentiality and accuracy for all funder and prospect information ● Strong analytical and project management skills ● Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ● Contributes to an inclusive space for brainstorming, collaboration, and feedback on the Grants Team, the Dev Team, and the organization as a whole ● Values a growth mindset to cultivate life-long learning, promote resilience, reframe challenges into learning opportunities, and look beyond stereotypes● Ability to build strong relationships across diverse communities—including in particular communities of color, immigrant communities, and persons with disabilities—and across different teams internally COMPENSATION Salary will be based on years of experience, with a minimum salary starting at $70,092-$75,438.
