Maintenance / Electrician UIW Mission Position Summary The Maintenance/ Electrician position is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing various electrical equipment and infrastructure on UIW campuses. Position is part of Facilities Management Department and reports to the Master Electrician Supervisor. Job Description and RequirementsThe BSA Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Compliance Analyst is responsible for identifying members who may pose a higher risk to the credit union and will perform a variety of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) duties. The Analyst will pro-actively monitor, research, analyze, and escalate all suspicious activity to ensure continuous compliance with the regulatory guidelines and applicable laws. In addition, will be responsible for timely filing required reports, as well as compliance with BSA record-keeping requirements.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work independently to identify money laundering patterns and trends, suspicious activities, and irregular activity through understanding of financial patterns.</li><li>Perform effective Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, identifying and analyzing high-risk member transactions and documenting enhanced due diligence reviews and escalate member relationships to management when necessary.</li><li>Holistically review each member relationship to determining the risk presented for money laundering and terrorist financing by understanding the nature and purpose of the activity as well as the nature and purpose of the member relationship.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively communicates and documents significant changes in transactional behavior, risk profile, and behavior patterns to senior team members and management and identifies and communicates any new patterns of transactional activity identified for a segment of members.&nbsp;</li><li>Connect similar patterns of activity for separate segments of the membership to define and identify new suspicious transactional behaviors.</li><li>Use strong written communication skills to create detailed documentation of reviews of suspicious activity, resolution and/or escalation of alerts, as well as any immediate action needed.</li><li>Through strong investigative skills, evaluate and analyze complex information identified during investigations to make appropriate recommendations that may require additional ongoing monitoring and/or Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing.</li><li>Stay abreast of BSA/AML, OFAC, and CIP regulatory updates and changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to established departmental and organizational procedures and policies to actively participate and support the delivery of thorough and high quality investigations and reviews.
