As an account lead, you will develop, plan, and manage key partnerships across multiple academic programs for SCADpro, the university's innovation and design studio. You will provide logistical support to all stakeholders participating in SCADpro activities and will plan and host meetings and tours. Your responsibilities will include the development, coordination, tracking, and implementation or delivery of professional presentations and SCADpro initiatives as well as the coordination and management of work-study students. You will manage communications to create and produce print and digital collateral projects for SCADpro. You will also facilitate training that provides students and professors with resources to communicate expectations and processes for successful partnerships.

The successful candidate is results-oriented, assertive, and has stellar communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Organized and highly detailed, the candidate excels in soliciting and pursuing potential brand partners and can manage complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • At least three years of managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional sales, communication, customer service, problem-solving, networking, and organizational skills
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to the student learning experience

Travel required:

  • Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
