Job Summary

The Markey Cancer Center – Clinical Research Organization (MCC-CRO) is currently seeking an Administrative Research Assistant Senior to provide administrative support to assist the MCC-CRO, the Markey Cancer Center Clinical Care and Research Teams (CCARTs), and the Markey Cancer Center Feasibility Review Committee (MCC-FRC). Managing duties include: Protocol preparation and presentation, feasibility document distribution and review, processing of CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreement) for the MCC-CRO, provide administrative staff support for the CCART Research and FRC meetings. This position also provides administrative staff support for the MCC-CRO by creating presentations, preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, minutes, emails and schedule as well as coordinate meetings. Successful applicants will be detail-oriented, have knowledge of UK procedures and systems, and possess excellent communication and social skills including public speaking.

This position will have a hybrid work arrangement with the possibility of becoming remote.
