Job Summary
The Department of Anesthesiology seeks an individual to provide administrative support for the Anesthesiology faculty, including the Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs. Responsibilities will include assistance with scheduling, correspondence, manuscript preparation, poster creation, and file maintenance.
This position will also support the Vice Chair in clinical scheduling of a busy operating room schedule. The successful applicant will have a high level of technical aptitude, independent decision making, discretion, and creativity involving matters of significance. Additionally, this position will work with the Department Research Coordinator to support ongoing research projects, assist with writing research protocols, and manage research databases. The successful candidate will have advanced technical aptitude and experience with database creation and management.
*There is opportunity for hybrid work following training/probation.

Microsoft Office Suite, office/clerical experience and technology experience.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree plus three or more years related experience preferred. Proficiency with technology is essential.
