Shift

Primarily Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; and possibility of evening, weekend and holiday hours depending on workload



Job Summary

Responsible for systems support for ERP and related modules deployed at UK.
Perform database support for ERP and related modules deployed at UK.
Provide system reliability, availability, and serviceability.
Actively utilize and promote policies and procedures for incident and change management, and requests for services. Responsible for project coordination, with well-documented timelines and deliverables.

IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

In-depth knowledge of database management platforms (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SAP HANA), Linux system administration, Microsoft Windows system administration, willingness to learn SAP application support and administration. Good communication skills, documentation skills, and team orientation.

BS in Computer Science or related.
