JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commitment: Full-Time | Monday-Friday - 8 am to 5 pm ET

Office Location: 18 Campus Blvd., Suite 210, Newtown Square, Pa 19073 (Onsite Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage printing and shipping tasks for appeal submissions
  • Scan appeal documents into the internal system
  • Update client and internal systems of shipment details
  • Monitor packages are delivered in a timely manner
  • Support various functions within the department such as case entry support, Peer to Peer support and appeals support
  • Other responsibilities as requested by management

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite of products, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Works independently, but is a team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance

Education/Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to lift objects up to 15 lbs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
