Associate Report Integration Analyst, Workday

We are currently seeking a Associate Report Integration Analyst, Workday to join our team. 

This position is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor and client service professional by providing timely and accurate advice around reporting and delivering custom report solutions that positively impact the client’s business and creates client retention and growth. 

Responsibilities: 

Report Development

  • Specializes in reporting designs for clients using various reporting tools. 
  • Meets directly with clients to gathers information on issues, utilizes problem solving ability to provide solutions, meets deadlines and provides general support to meet client needs.
  • Provides accurate and timely delivery of reporting requests and related services that result in client retention, growth and satisfaction with a high emphasis on external and internal customer service.  Output will vary based on business needs ranging from simple tailoring of current report formats to electronic data interchange requirements for financial reporting to meet information reporting needs.
  • Maintains flexibility in schedule to accommodate client needs.
  • Ensures effective communication and consideration of both the client’s and Insperity’s perspective and liability.
  • Documents requirements and tests applications, assists in the implementation of new systems or updates to existing systems. Can involve design and research for new applications and processes.
  • Understands and keeps up to date on general human resources & payroll rules, regulations, web developments and system limitations as they affect the reporting process.

Teamwork

•    Provides communication to all parties involved in current client report projects.

•    Provides feedback on the development of training materials.

•    Collaborates with security partners to facilitate data sources adhering to principle of least privilege and data privacy regulations are followed internally and externally.  

•    Collaborates with data engineering and back-end report development teams on enterprise-wide reporting solutions.

•    Works as a team member to maintain the highest levels of customer service quality and productivity.  

•    Assists sales and payroll services staff with questions about reports.  Attends prospect client meetings upon manager request.

•    Works with internal teams to develop integration processes to enable electronic movement of payroll and/or reporting data to and from client application.

•    Works closely with clients and appropriate internal teams to gather needed report requirements. 

•    Assists sales staff with questions about reports.

•    Supports process and audit efforts to ensure integrity and accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Qualifications: 

•    High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or four years of related work experience is preferred. 

•    One or more years of payroll and reporting experience is required.

•    Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) reports and their use. 

•    Knowledge in Workday functional areas and back-end architecture, including report writing systems with problem solving/logic ability. 

•    Familiar with relational database concepts, including SQL knowledge of integration with third party applications.

•    Familiar with object-oriented database concepts, including OQL and other Workday reporting and integration solutions.

•    Familiar with calculated fields within Workday.

•    Ability to learn other applications as needed.  

•    Detail oriented, organized with the ability to handle a multi-task environment with great skill and accuracy.

•    Excellent communication, writing and high levels of demonstrated customer service skills.   

•    Strong customer service and collaboration skills in a team environment.

•    Learning mindset, strong learning agility, and desire to grow through knowledge building.

•    Knowledge of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry is preferred. 

•    Knowledge of Workday Integrations (e.g., APIs, EIBs, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker) is preferred. 

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

Certifications in Integration Core, and Workday Studio are preferred.
