Purposeful, ambitious, insatiable, analytical, collaborative and courageous are the hallmarks of our Credit and Fraud Risk team. This critical team is responsible for managing enterprise risks through the customer lifecycle and across all our global products. We develop industry-first data capabilities, build profitable decision-making frameworks, create machine learning-powered predictive models, and improve customer servicing strategies. This team has delivered industry-leading results year after year while enabling profitable growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• CFR Operational Excellence aims to ensure that the business unit has a robust first line of defense, actively supporting the Business in delivering on its business objectives and demonstrating an effective control framework, ensuring:
• Robust, sustainable core processes that drive high levels of process quality
• Strong governance and control practices and accountability - local and central
• Product and processes that comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies, with effective controls and rigorous testing to prove

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ years' experience in either of the three core teams 
• Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with sophisticated, unstructured initiatives
• Ability to integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide
• Knowledge of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in field required (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research); advanced degree (Masters+) is a plus 
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
