As a Business Support Analyst within the Project Impact department at the East Central Public Health District,you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.

Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, performs complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, and/or operational data analysis and reporting ins support of management decision making in functional area.
Maintain internal expense tracker for all budgets.
Identifies trends, discrepancies, and variances to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Ability to maintain HIPPA compliance, corporate and client compliance and confidential.
May partner with other departments and business partners, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business matters.
Exercise varies latitudes of independent judgment.
May administer or provide high level support for various projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, internal audits, and/or any specialized function.
Assist and/or conduct with orientation, training, or provide task guidance of junior team members, gathering data for monthly and/or yearly audits.
Employee will be part of various outreach events.
Employee will certify in HIV Inti Testing.
Employee is required to be part of mandatory events such: Augusta Pride, National HIV Testing Day, and World AIDS Day. Employee will be doing testing and/or outreach during those events.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field form an accredited college or university and two years of experience related to area of assignment.
An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provide the knowledge, experience, and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.
Must have transportation

Knowlege of Contracts, Budgets, Financial (Accounting)
