JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As an Overnight Concierge, you will organize, coordinate, and implement various resident services and programs, serving as a key information source and support for residents regarding local market resources. This role requires a proactive approach to assist residents during overnight hours, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service around the clock.

Job Summary:
As an Overnight Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and visitors during overnight hours. You will greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring a welcoming environment while they wait to speak with a team member. This role includes assisting with emergency dispatch calls, key control, and working closely with onsite security to maintain controlled access to the community, along with conducting system audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
  • Answer phone calls, route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assist with completed service request call backs as necessary.
  • Manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services provided by the community.
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents; maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $23.07

Additional Compensation:

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
