Job Summary

The EDC Salesforce Sr Admin will manage the overall architecture, data, user experience, and data policies for the Economic Development Collaborative’s uses within RADAR, a Salesforce CRM. All development will occur within a partnership between EDC, Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, Marketing, and IRADS. The position necessitates experience in analyzing business requirements as well as designing CRM system standards and policies. Candidates should have a strong understanding of CRMs in general, the Salesforce Product, and data flow between systems. The preferred candidate will be able to independently develop and describe logical processes driven by a variety of campus data specifically for consumption and actionable execution by end users.
