Dentist (Part-Time/Hourly)

Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, the Dentist will conduct dental consultations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and provide remote dental care services through the Ryan White program. Conduct dental consultations to assess patients' oral health needs and develop effective treatment plans. Provide dental care services, including prescribing medications, offering oral health education, and advising on preventive dental care measures. Educate patients on maintaining oral hygiene, managing dental conditions, and understanding treatment. Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with dental hygienists and the healthcare team to review patient cases, discuss treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care. Ensure adherence to best practices and Ryan White program standards in dental care delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate or professional degree in dentistry from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license to practice dentistry..
Preferred Qualifications:Experience practicing dentistry, preferably in a clinical or public health setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Commitment to providing equitable access to dental care and supporting the unique needs of patients served by the Ryan White program.
