Job Summary
The Department Administrator II is a pivotal role within our department, providing essential support to the Department’s academic programs and administrative operations. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Under the supervision of the Department Administrator III, the Department Administrator II will oversee Administrative and Operations assignments, assist with financial management, facilities, human resources and payroll as well as serve as a supervisor and provide training to administrative staff.
As a vital member of the department, the Department Administrator II will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations, enabling faculty, staff, and students to achieve their academic and professional goals. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
