Department of Philosophy: Assistant Professor (Ethics)

The Department of Philosophy at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a tenure-track faculty appointment in ethics at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in the fall semester of 2025. Duties will include teaching assigned courses, conducting research, writing for publication, advising students, participating in department governance, and university service.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in philosophy or a closely related field is required at the time of appointment.
