Department of Sociology: Associate/Full Professor of Sociology
The Department of Sociology at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a tenured Associate or Full Professor faculty appointment with a primary research focus on health and well-being, broadly conceived. The appointment begins in the fall semester of 2025.
QualificationsA Ph.D. in Sociology or a closely related field is required at the time of appointment. Candidates should have an outstanding teaching, service, and publication record commensurate with tenure at their respective rank. Duties include research targeted for scholarly publication, undergraduate and graduate student teaching and advising, and participation in department and university service.
