Job Summary
The Director of Student Persistence position is essential in supporting new and ongoing initiatives within Student Excellence focused on reaching record retention and graduation rates at the institution. This position will serve as a key contact point with areas within Student Excellence (i.e., University Advising, CARES First-Generation, Student Support Services, Transformative Learning, Stuckert Career Center, LSAMP) tracking area progress towards retention goals set by IRADS, assessing current programming and KPIs, and working towards standardizing program tracking and reporting across all Student Excellence. This position will also coordinate Student Excellence Communities, lead targeted Navigator efforts, assist with Rebound efforts, and lead anti-melt efforts established by IRADS and the AVP for Student Excellence.
