Job Summary

The ESH Clinical Risk Mgmt Rep/UKHC will serve a critical role in managing investigations by working with team members to complete and document investigations within appropriate timeframes. This includes working with patients and staff to resolve patient complaints and grievances. Must comprehend and follow BHDID Incident Management Protocol. Will work with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure patient safety. Participate in staff educational sessions to communicate policies and procedures along with state and federal laws. Ensure compliance with reporting guidelines and deadlines. Will assist with risk management data entry and may be assigned special projects as needed. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of applicable state and federal laws and complete the Certified Investigator Training at the first offering after hire.
