About The Role:

We are looking for a Stock Associate, who is responsible for ensuring the flow of goods and is handled in an effective and optimized manner. They will play a vital role in enabling a seamless client experience. The Stock Associate will work alongside a diverse and dynamic team and will report to the Assistant Business Manager.

  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client
  • Support the daily operations including incoming and outgoing shipments, damages, stock and restock needs
  • Process received stock and record into system
  • Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations
  • Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards
  • With direction of leadership execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory
  • Support the operations of back of the house and skincare cabin
  • Understand the inventory management processes 
  • Learn and familiarize on product knowledge
  • Build positive team relationships throughout the Flagship to inspire trust and teamwork

  • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Position Logistics:

  • Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays 
  • Ability to lift-up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day 
  • Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the flagship; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service 

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 through $29. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
