Physical Requirements

Sitting or standing for extended period of times depending on project;; running materials to campus locations; assisting with set up of events that may include carrying, lifting, and moving lightweight and medium-weight objects (chairs, displays, tables, etc..) 



Shift

Part-time, 8 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 
Availability to work on Fridays is required. 





Job Summary

GWS seeks a student assistant to support our staff and students. Student assistant responsibilities include main office coverage, routine office work (answering phones, copying/scanning, mail, office runner), data entry, research, assistance with department events and projects. Additional tasks will be assigned depending on specific needs of the department. 



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Customer service, general knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms preferred.
