Job Responsibilities
Under broad supervision, performs duties for a variety of Human Resource Management programs and provides assistance to program activities. Performs data collection and analysis for salary and benefit administration, salary, benefit and classification programs, compensation and benefit program design, assists in the development of policies and programs, and supports special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience performing human resources job-related functions; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level HR Analyst 2 (HRP051) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prioritize work and keep track of details
- Must be a Self Starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, etc.)
- Take notes
- Compile and update employee records
- Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, procedures and policies
- Maintain and update databases
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
- Handling sensitive/confidential HR information
- Order and maintain HR office supplies
- Execute additional HR duties as assigned by the HR Director
