The successful candidate will foster a close relationship with allSupply Chain business partners and facilitate communication and problem solvingto articulate the technology needs and requirements that will advance businessperformance. Help plan, design, implement, and launch efficient informationsystems and process optimization in support of the Company’s Supply Chainorganization. Responsible for supporting the Company’s end-to-end Supply Chainactivities including forecasting, demand planning, scheduling procurement,customer service, and logistics. The successful candidate will be required tobe onsite a minimum of two days per week at our Bethlehem, PA corporate headquarters.Because this role will work closely with our Supply Chain team which includesour manufacturing facility, additional days onsite will be required based onbusiness needs.

Qualifications for this position are:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Supply Chain required.
• At least five years of IT Business Analyst/Partner experience required.
• At least five years of Supply Chain experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment preferred; confectionery industry experience a plus.
• Proven experience in overseeing the development and implementation of Manufacturing specific software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Experience with Business Process Systems and Data Modeling. Ability to diagram current and future state process flows, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of MES and manufacturing automation tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Good project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto influence and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and internal subject matter expert on the development, deployment and support of our technology solutions to facilitate business process changes for greater efficiency.
• Meet with key stakeholders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business process or systems issues. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Lead the definition, development, and documentation of the Supply Chain organization’s IT business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments with an emphasis on MES systems (TrakSys).
• Develop a systems roadmap aligned to incorporate priorities and key business process improvement initiatives.
• Plan and lead software implementation projects, including scoping, scheduling, and ongoing support.
• Guide the design and development of data intelligence solutions to meet the business needs of Supply Chain.
• Coordinate software quality assurance activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure successful deployment of new systems and processes through effective ADKAR change methodologies.
• Proactively identify business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts.
