Job Summary

This Position will oversee the coordination and execution of the training team, focusing on identifying and addressing emerging needs through effective communication with policymakers, local and state governments, and industry leaders. Responsibilities include developing training schedules, securing instructors, and managing course materials and budgets. The role requires creating and refining marketing strategies to expand the program’s reach. Essential skills include robust data analysis, curriculum development, and advanced marketing principles. The manager will survey clients for feedback, represent the program at conferences, and author grant proposals. Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to adapt and apply new transportation innovations.
