Role Objective:
The Manager, Strategy & Business Planning role will support the Chief Commercial Officer of Resy in the US Consumer Services organization. This role will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytical, engagement, and communication-related initiatives to help ensure business objectives are achieved. The Strategy & Business Planning Manager will also act as a thought partner to the CCO as they work to lead the executive office, ensuring sound business operations, as well as the best possible customer and colleague experience. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting and executing the strategic agenda for the Resy Restaurant organization, focusing on critical initiatives and the overall management of the department while working closely with the CCO and Restaurant leadership team.
- Provide strategic, analytical and decision support on a wide range of projects, issues, and initiatives.
- Manage projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of a variety of deliverables.
- Oversight of the executive office, including the management of day-to-day business priorities with the leadership team and the broader organization, in close partnership with the Executive Assistant.
- Develop impactful communications, presentations, agendas, and operational processes for key internal and external meetings (e.g. leadership meetings, strategic updates, leadership offsites, Town Halls, roundtables, market visits, organizational planning etc.).
- Participate in and synthesize outcomes of business results and financial performance meetings to capture key themes and actions and share as needed with the organization and leadership.
- Actively participate in the colleague engagement strategy and support learning and development initiatives across levels.
- Additional Executive Office responsibilities and ad hoc requests.

- Expert with PowerPoint, proficiency in Excel.
Must sit in one of the five locations listed for a hybrid schedule.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
