Their technology supports peripheral IV assessment and access decisions. They aim to deliver novel technology solutions that improve venous assessment and vascular access outcomes. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the production of products and ensure that the company’s goals for quality, compliance, service, cost, and safety are met. You will be hands-on and actively participate in all activities affecting the San Jose, CA manufacturing site and Contract Manufacturers.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years, preferably in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, food, automotive).
  • Proven track record in managing manufacturing line operations and leading teams effectively.
  • Certification and a strong ability to drive process improvements are preferred.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to balance customer, operational, and business needs.

Your responsibilities as the Manufacturing Supervisor will include:

  • Oversee Production & Scheduling: Manage production quotas, schedules, and inventory at the San Jose site and with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Inventory & Materials Management: Ensure accurate reporting and collaboration with purchasing to maintain necessary materials for production.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement cost controls and enhancements to the production process.
  • Equipment & Safety Management: Facilitate maintenance and repairs while ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise daily operations, recruit and train staff, and provide performance evaluations.
