Job Summary
The Crisis Clinician/Care Coordinator provides intake/diagnostic
assessment, case management, and individual and group therapy for
clients presenting with complex, multi-faceted needs. Case
management reduces liability and manages risk associated with
clients with higher level of concern for safety of their selves and
others through collaboration, follow up and referral. Connection of
client to resources increases retention of clients that may have had
to leave the university to meet their basic needs. Case management
duties also include documentation, collaboration with the Community
of Concern, and management of referral database and liaison
relationships with community partners. This position provides
outreach and consultation to campus and community partners.
