Day shift. Monday through Friday, four 10 hour shifts.
Job Summary
The nurse will work with the Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery team. This team is a welcoming, fast paced, patient oriented group. The patient population includes those with diagnosis of aneurysms, AVMs, and carotid stenosis.
The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease specific patient care to a group of patients who have serious acute and/or chronic health events or who are seeking healthcare to maintain their state of wellness.
Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to skilled assessments, care plans and care plan implementation, patient education and clinical evaluation or interventions. This position requires working with medical professionals who are working under time and efficiency constraints in a busy ambulatory care setting with a patient centered care focus on quality, safety, and service. A working knowledge of enterprise, nursing, departmental policies, protocols, and procedures is needed to be successful.

ADN or BSN. 1-2 years ICU, ED or trauma nursing preferred.
