Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • This is a production position following verbal and written instructions. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Maintain clean workspace.
  • Maintain clean warehouse.
  • Always use safe work practices, follows all safety rules and procedures, immediately reports any hazardous conditions, and fully participate in safety programs.
  • Perform safety observations and complete training assignments.
  • Wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by management, including but not limited to all or some of the following protective shoes, glasses, ear plugs, bump cap or hard hat, gloves, dust mask respirator.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Performs all other duties as directed.
  • Pipe saw 3 Catcher – remove product from the conveyer belt and arrange appropriately inside the boxes.
  • Pipe saw 3 Stager – build, stage, tape, label and stack boxes
  • Pipe Saw 3 Loader – load product onto the conveyer belt.
  • Pipe saw 3 Catcher – check labels, catch pieces coming off conveyer belt and arrange pieces in the box according to packing chart.  
  • Block Saw Stager - build, stage, tape, label and stack boxes
  • Block Saw Loader- load product onto the conveyer belt.
  • Block Saw Catcher – remove block from the machine and place into boxes

Education and/or experience and skill

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions.
