This full-time position will be part of the Data Encryption team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and thought leadership to execute strategies and tactical plans related to the deployment of Private Public Key Infrastructures (PKI).
The role is hybrid, at least three days of the week to be onsite at either of the Phoenix campuses (IPC or AEDR)
Job Responsibilities – Essential Functions
- Onsite management of PKI components.
- Participates in the development of plans and strategies, service continuity and other risk processes and programs around the certificate lifecycle management.
- Ensure PKI security standard methodologies, policies, and procedures meet Amex Standards and all applicable Industry Standards.
- Design, implement and support the PKI and certificate lifecycle management involving new implementation, upgrades, proactive monitoring and log analysis.
- Maintain documentation such as policies, procedures, reconciliation of events, training and communications.
- Provide day-to-day operational management over functional processes and project delivery.
- On-call rotation support after regular business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
·3 years of cybersecurity industry experience or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
·Minimum required 3 years of experience in following skills:
·Experience with PKI systems.
·Experience managing, configuring and operating HSMs.
·Experience with management of the full Certificate Lifecycle Management.
·Experience performing Windows and Linux Server systems support and administration.
·Experience with Cloud Infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault.
·Experience performing system and application-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
·Experience with Compliance and Auditing. Develop documentation and training around internal best practices and security requirements.
·Experience with Monitoring, Alerting and Event log tools.
·Leadership, strategic, analytical, problem solving, innovation, and organization skills.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated experience with communicating to and influencing senior leaders.
·Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details.
·Self-motivated and dedicated, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team or independently.
·Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.
Preferred Qualifications
·Experience with Encryption Key Management
·Experience with VMs and physical server configuration
·Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, guidelines and best practices (i.e. PCI, ISO, COBIT, FFIEC, SOX)
·Professional security certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Sec+, etc.)
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
