Professor, Service Design

Professor of Service Design will lend knowledge and experience to guide students as they grow into the next generation of luminaries in service design. The candidate should have a flair for the creative and should demonstrate spectacular graphic and idea visualization abilities. Highly motivated and knowledgeable, the candidate is a design strategist with a solid track record of translating deep insights into innovative services, product-service systems, interactions, and user experiences for well-known brands. Strong project management skills are essential.  Minimum qualifications

• Terminal degree or its equivalent in the discipline or in a relevant field
• Academic and professional credentials to teach
• Experience in or knowledge of related professions

Preferred qualifications

• Teaching experience at the collegiate level

 Travel required: Less than 10%Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
