Job Summary

This evaluator position is housed within the Evaluation Center in the College of Education. This team member will:
  • coordinate project timelines and synthesize reporting across 3 to 4 projects, ensure compliance and deliverables across these projects
  • coordinate project tasks and resource requirements at each stage of the task
  • utilize financial, physical, and human resources to meet performance and administrative requirements of contracts and program goals
  • improve program efficiency and effectiveness through creative problem-solving
  • ensure program monitoring and continuous improvement through high quality data collection processes
  • work with staff assigned to projects to ensure knowledge of projects and responsibilities
  • assist in project evaluation activities such as quantitative or qualitative data collection and analysis and literature reviews
  • assist with Center-level professional development, strategic planning, and communications



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to monitor, analyze, and consult on long-term projects. Advanced organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
