Shift

Monday through Friday; 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); some evenings and weekends required.



Job Summary

This position will serve as a Kentucky AIDS Education and Training Center (KY AETC) HIV Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will plan all live training events, coordinate with accreditation bodies to acquire educational credits, and work with unit management to oversee event budgeting and vendor correspondence.

This position will also work with outside agencies to collaborate and provide training events for Kentucky medical providers and staff, and will cross-train with other unit staff to provide outstanding HIV training and educational opportunities to medical professionals, students and staff.

MS Windows (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience in social science, data management, business, and business administration preferred.
