JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role supports the strategic and daily management of the Client Services team of the assigned area by gathering and analyzing financial data pertaining to assets currently being marketed for sale, conducting detailed underwriting of potential management assignments, interpreting market trends, forecasts, and financial results, and interfacing with clients to improve customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create underwriting models to assist acquisition pursuits on behalf of management clients.
•    Works with Client Services team to engage clients throughout acquisition pursuit process to assist with potential investment decisions related to rental trends, expense management, value add opportunities, cap rate trends, valuation methodologies, etc.
•    Meets with prospective purchasers of potential assets to enhance interest in Greystar’s potential management services and continues to foster the development of those clients.
•    Meets with and assists developers to facilitate the creation of development underwriting by analyzing market comp data, potential development pipeline information, and analysis of competing assets’ expenses, amenity analysis, and feasibility studies.
•    Works with Client Services, operations, and marketing teams to facilitate responses to Requests for Proposals for potential management assignments.
•    Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll- ups for audits.

The salary for this position is starting at $70,000.

Additional Compensation:

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
