Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year DOE 

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday

The Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator is expected to meaningfully contribute to and perpetuate our purpose and values and is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of talent.

Recruiting and Staffing Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting

  • Approves requisition requests and verifies accuracy of all job postings
  • Supports execution of career fairs by coordinating location, materials, inviting participants, etc.
  • Supports social media outreach, recruiting brochures, hiring campaigns by posting online and in community spaces
  • Assists with gathering and entering data for weekly reporting to leadership
  • Supports Full Cycle Recruitment program by screening applications
  • Provide training and support for hiring managers on using the applicant tracking system
  • Reviews closing positions for all interview steps being completed by hiring managers
  • Primary point of contact to ensure timely responses to the recruiting team inbox

Floating (CREW) Team Management

  • Act as the primary scheduler for the Floating Team, receiving scheduling requests and places associates based on feedback from Floating Team managers
  •   Assists with gathering and entering data for weekly reporting to leadership
  • Assists with payroll approval for team including allocation of CREW hours
  • Creates a sense of community on the CREW Team
  • Allocate team for additional coverage for due diligence, recruiting/interviewing, associate onboarding, transition support, and other responsibilities as needed
  • Primary point of contact to ensure timely responses to the CREW team inbox.

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Property management industry knowledge and experience preferred.

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Critically thinks through business decisions and is able to adapt to changing priorities.
