Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director for Academic Initiatives and LLPs, the Assistant Director of Living-Learning Programs (LLPs) plays a pivotal role in advancing the department’s mission. This leadership position oversees the development and support of all LLPs, ensuring close collaboration with academic partners. The Assistant Director leads marketing efforts to prospective students and families, coordinates program assessment and evaluation, and manages LLP housing assignments and application processes for students and Peer Mentors. Supervising 2-3 Resident Directors, this role works within a residential curriculum framework to foster student success. As part of the departmental leadership team, the Assistant Director also serves in an on-call capacity.
