The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. ABOUT THE ROLE : 

Resy is looking to add an Analyst to the Restaurant Partnerships team. The primary function of the Analyst, Restaurant Partnerships role is to empower and support the relationship managers’ ownership of the high-touch segment of our ResyOS restaurant base. The Analyst provides data analysis, resource curation, and thought leadership to support the day-to-day of our department, needs for servicing our partners, and performance reporting for our business unit. This role will earn a deep understanding of the Restaurant Partnerships’ book of business and be a knowledgeable asset that may assist with coverage needs or servicing gaps. 

The Analyst should be a resource to and work with stakeholders across the Restaurant Partnerships team and Leadership. The Analyst’s insights may help guide the strategy & tactics for our internal business and for our partner relationships. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Product Research, Enablement, RevOps, B2B & B2C Marketing, Data, and Strategic Partnerships Teams.  

Candidates should reside in New York, NY, and are required to go into our offices three days per week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : 

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory for AMEX Global Dining Access program, analyze fulfilment, and help establish ROI for partner participation
  • Act as logistics lead for partner programming and experiential opportunities, pulling through partner-facing success metrics
  • Review Partner Value assessments (Partner Value Scores, Health Scores) and provide recommendations 
  • Perform audits to ensure seamless business operations and clean records
  • Assist with Partner Satisfaction Survey logistics and analysis
  • Analyze effectiveness of Success Plans and Business Reviews for scaled and replicable playbook recommendations
  • Produce and deliver department performance metrics to various stakeholders across the org (Partner Satisfaction Surveys, End of Month, End of Quarter analyses, etc.) 
  • Create and manage analytics reporting for partner servicing 
  • Research and report on city- and partner-focused information
  • Help create and maintain internal SOPs and assets for Restaurant Partnerships department

WHO YOU ARE : 

  • 1+ years in a hospitality, data analysis, or customer success role 
  • Restaurant or Hospitality experience preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications  
  • Exceptional organization and time-management are critical to this role  
  • Experience with data analysis tools strongly preferred (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Office Suite, iOS, Atlassian a huge plus

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
