As part of our team, you’ll be challenged every day to shape the future of our Enterprise Sales & Marketing Teams. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Role: Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be essential to how we enable new integration capabilities to connect with the Enterprise future of marketing platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). They will define and own middleware automation strategy & product roadmap, which will establish our point of arrival for Marketing Send Experiences across the organization– partnering closely with product teams, stakeholders, Salesforce professional services, & end users to drive value. This will put the Digital Product Manager front and center as the key relationship owner with our Enterprise Digital & Data Services (EDDS) teams – a key constituents for whom we serve. The Digital Product Manager will also be key to how we constantly improve and iterate on our capabilities, serving as a key bridge – listening to our users – to help our teams iterate, test, and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Enterprise partners: Partner with the other Enterprise product teams and MarOps to enhance our email marketing operations via SFMC. Be the subject matter expert, deeply understanding the needs of our business partners and MarOps processes to shape the strategy and delivery of enhanced go-to-market operations.

  • Drive Engineering Initiatives: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure they understand the business outcomes we aim to achieve. Assist in advancing key initiatives, crafting stories, and maintaining documentation

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Operations teams. Understand their needs, advocate for optimal solutions, and help prioritize workstreams. Serve as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment across all parties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in a product development or marketing technology role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing platforms or MarOps processes. Good understanding of backend MarTech systems across the campaign lifecycle
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to align stakeholders, influence priorities, and foster positive relationships.
  • Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Passionate about understanding complex systems and processes and finding ways to improve them.
  • Self-Motivation: Energetic, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile software development methodology.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
