Your mission:

Serve as a Sr. Manager, Web Capacity & Coordination supporting the execution of product development and management processes for Business Blueprint Team. You will be on a newly created program management office responsible for roadmap readiness, strategic prioritization, and project management. You will demonstrate a proven ability working supporting scrum management, closely collaborating with product development and engineering, managing cross-functional partner teams, and building metrics to measure success across web.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Collaborate with product development leaders and teams to build a roadmap for Business Blueprint.
  • Identify, evaluate, and concisely communicate process improvements for program management.
  • Web Program Management: PI planning, scrum management, prioritize delivery in partnership with Product management and development.
  • Project management processes for major tech integrations (One App, Accessibility etc.).
  • Support investment planning for Blueprint platform team; partner with the Platform leadership team to identify priorities, make BID updates, clear requirements and coordinate accordingly with Small Business Products Strategy team, engineering, product development.
  • Organize and manage key team processes.

  • Detail oriented: ability to dig into the details to deeply understand features, architecture and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in some combination of product development, digital product or software development lifecycle
  • Strong technical acumen and deep understanding of the software development life cycle with the ability to work with web and mobile engineering teams
  • Experience in deep project management and working with engineering teams
  • Track-record of successfully supporting strategic initiatives, and project managing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate effectively across levels
  • Ability to break down complex problems in simple ways and build enthusiasm around a strategic initiative
  • Experience coordinating between Product, Business and Technology teams to define, prioritize and deliver projects
  • Self-starter and solutions-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Software application skills – proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in some combination of product development, engineering, or technical project management
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, with expertise in payments and/or banking

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
