Job Summary
The Markey Cancer Center is recruiting a Staff Support Associate II to order lab supplies for 40+ faculty and staff, maintain office supplies and office equipment, arrange travel, and prepare travel reimbursements. You will also be responsible to maintain compliance with current standards within the department, College, and University. Serve as front-line contact with PPD, mail room, duplicating services, office supply and equipment service vendors, communications, environmental services, IT/Information services, faculty, and departments. This position is expected to pursue professional development by continuously developing knowledge and skills by participating in education programs, trainings, classes, and seminars. Will contribute to continuous improvement within the unit and help identify areas for improvement.
This position will have a fully on-site work arrangement.
