Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the safe transport of patients to and from various locations on UKHC’s campus, including KY Clinic, Gill Imaging, and locations within the hospital. The transporter will transport transplant patients to and from their clinic visits by wheelchair or stretcher, as appropriate. Patients will also be transported to and from their vehicles. This position is also responsible for running lab specimens drawn in the Transplant Clinic to the hospital for processing in a timely manner.
